Superb customer experience at Sugar Mall of Millennium Store of Pune by Shridevi and her supportive colleague. I went to get one lipstick and ended up buying 10 items. This team must be asked to deliver training sessions on Sales and Customer Engagement. Mind you-I had looked for the same lipstick and alikes in the same mall 15 mins with the Sugar counter in Shoppers Stop and there was a stark difference in my experience-they closed the counter while I was trying on lipsticks, which is why I ended up going to the brand store of Sugar within the same mall.
